The 2017 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems (FUZZ-IEEE 2017),
a top-leading event in the area of theory and application of fuzzy logic, will
be held in Naples, Italy. Naples is the third largest municipality in Italy.
The city is located in the south of Italy. It is nestled between the islands of
Capri, lschia and Procida on one side, and the coast of Amalfi and Sorrento on
the other, forming a unique natural heritage in the world. The history of
Naples is characterised by a plethora of different dominations that have left
inestimable pieces of art and signs of different cultures making the whole
urban area a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
FUZZ-IEEE 2017 will be hosted at Royal-Continental Hotel, a fantastic and
welcoming conference venue situated at one of the most beautiful places on the
planet, Naples's waterfront.
FUZZ-IEEE 2017 will represent a unique meeting point for scientists and
engineers, both from academia and industry, to interact and discuss the latest
enhancements and innovations in the field. The topics of the conference will
cover all the aspects of theory and applications of fuzzy logic and its
hybridisations with other artificial and computational intelligence techniques.
In particular, FUZZ-IEEE 2017 topics include, but are not limited to:
•
Mathematical and theoretical foundations of fuzzy sets, fuzzy
measures and fuzzy integrals
•
Fuzzy control, robotics, sensors, fuzzy hardware and architectures
