We would like to notify all voting Members that this year you will receive your IEEE Computational Intelligence Society ballot material electronically for voting in the IEEE CIS Election on 6 October 2011 from ieee-cisvote@ieee.org.
You will need your IEEE Web Account username/password to access the ballot and cast your vote. This is the same account information used to access IEEE online services such as renewing your membership, myIEEE, and Xplore. It is recommended you test your web account access at http://www.ieee.org/myieee to avoid any potential problems with accessing your ballot. If you do not recall your web account information, you may go to: http://www.ieee.org/web/accounts to recover. You may also email contactcenter@ieee.org or call +1 800 678 4333 (USA/Canada) or +1 732 981 0060 (Worldwide).
If you receive this message and would like to cast your ballot electronically, you need do nothing more. On 6 October 2011, you will receive another email (sent to this same email address) with election instructions and a link for voting online. The voting period is expected to be 6 October - 17 November 2011.
If you prefer to have the paper ballot material mailed to you, please e-mail your name, address, member number, and reference the CIS election ballot to ieee-cisvote@ieee.org or call +1 732 562 3904. When the election ballots are sent out, your ballot will be physically mailed to you rather than sent electronically.
