Papers included in the proceedings will also be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library only if the paper will be presented in person at the conference by one of the authors. If an author covers more than one paper with her/his registration to guarantee inclusion in the proceedings, she/he must pay a 50 US$ surcharge for each paper in excess of one.

Prospective authors are invited to contribute high-quality papers to

All papers accepted by and presented at ISNN 2012 will be published by
Springer as multiple volumes of LNCS which will be indexed by EI and
ISTP. Selected papers will be published in special issues of several
SCI journals. In addition, proposals for special sessions within the
technical scopes of the symposium are solicited. Special sessions, to
be organized by internationally recognized experts, aim to bring
together researchers in special focused topics.
